rancid-cgi software package provides looking glass CGI for rancid, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install rancid-cgi
rancid-cgi is installed in your system.
Make ensure the rancid-cgi package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep rancid-cgi *
You will get with rancid-cgi package name, version, architecture and description in a table
